This sake is dry, bold and clean tasting with strong citrus aromas. It is recommended to be drunk at a high temperature of around 50°C. Eating with this sake not only brings out the sweet, cleansing flavor of the sake, but also enhances the flavors of the food. Chicken stew with tomato sauce is an excellent addition that we highly recommend.
This brewery has come a long way, a fire a few years ago caused it to lose all its stock of matured sakes. Little by little it is being reborn, and today we can finally rediscover some of its matured sakes.
