Founded in 1887, Yamane ShuzoShuzo is the place where alcohol is made, including sake. shuzo = brewery is located in the westernmost area of the Inaba Kingdom, historically known as Hioki Township, now separated from Tottori City, south of the Sea of Japan in Tottori Prefecture. This region is known for its harsh winters and heavy snowfalls. But carrying the hope of the distant spring cherry trees bloom around the Lunar New Year in the middle of this harsh winter. Hiokizakura sakes embody this inspiration.
