This sake has a round and sweet flavour, because it does not have one particular element that dominates all the others. It feels like being in a warm, soft place on an early spring afternoon. Enjoy this sake with sautéed pork topped with a fruit sauce (mango, papaya or pineapple) at a high temperature of around 55°C.
This brewery has come a long way, a fire a few years ago caused it to lose all its stock of matured sakes. Little by little it is being reborn, and today we can finally rediscover some of its matured sakes.
