Yushin blue Junmai Ginjo Namachozo
51,00 € – 52,00 €
This limited edition sake is bottled in a light blue bottle that evokes the colour of the river that runs through the Yushin Valley in the upper Genkura River in Tanzawa, said to be so beautiful that it makes you sigh. The sake is brewed from local Wakamizu rice grown in the village of Ashigara in Kanagawa Prefecture. The taste is quiet on the palate, but the taste of Wakamizu rice gradually spreads and tingles in your throat.
A beautiful sake with a clear and refreshing taste.
